lots of videos and guides on how to do it yourself these days.
i know its sometimes easier just to pay someone to make it as you could make more money in the time it takes to make

would you want carbon or carbon kevlar
there is a place near us that do lotts of race car bits but iv not had anything done and there a bit pricey

yip going in the side of the cooler with a divider in it so half the air will go to the top and half to the bottom then back out the other end so it should flow in and out better

the zetec in my 3dr is over 100mm shorter than a yb, so much so that i can stand in the gap between the rad and engine lol

Andy, Porsche Cayenne Turbos use the kind of filter your after. Not sure on the exact dimensions though.
Jasmine Porschalink sell them for Ł14 each I think (Genuine Porsche). They are really helpful too so would probably measure one up for you.

truck filters and most van ones are cylinder shape. doubt you would get a panel that size off the shelf.

You had the carbon one and charlie had same non carbon.
Charlie has the carbon one now and you p/x his? So is it the no carbon one getting a new engine?

i still have the carbon one,, charlie still has the steel one,, we are both getting new engines
