How smooth do you want? Jus the 2 you mentioned are way past smooth and into chart/gay/girls/shagging music

Apart from Jodeci- Freek N You, and Notorious BIG- Fucking you tonight, which are both stricktly reserved for shagging music, i cant think of much THAT i mean smooth thas good...

Il could list 100s of HipHop n RnB thas not too hardcore (I mean, im nott gonna be listing Oynx or MOP tracks ), and spot on, but i dunno if thas what you want, going by the examples you gave...
