can anyone help me after i go out in my rst if i go in doors for a hour or so come bk out and go out my rs dont start it just turns over for ages then fires up ive had a new starter motor, and heat sheild, new alternator does anyone know its doing my head in i look a fool if i park in a road and theres loads of people lol

would it be the metering unit

You tried unplugging the Cold Start Injector?? Just as something to try.

 

dont think i have tried that yet will do in a bit

 

You done any work with the sensors recently

 

ive had the whole engine out and put a rebuilt one in and connected it all bk up but i had the problem before my old engine came out

 

Id go for Christians suggestion then.
