Hey there i was just wondering how hard it would be to fit a t34 on my small turbo escort what would this involve management Injectors ect ...

Easy,BT Exhaust manifold then other bits as required:
Chip, Act, DV,injectors & fuel pump.

WRONG!!!

you need :
a t34 with a 48 ex housing and -31/34 actuator
boost hose from airbox to turbo
cos saph 4x4 or big turbo exhaust manifold
new injectors via msd
plug in chip via msd
uprated fuel pump
msd is motorsport developments in blackpool and is developing this very kit use all standard small t management, why go back to an old unreliable distributer set up when you can keep the benefits of progress!
I'm in the process of collecting the parts to do this very conversion to my own small t

quite suprised sall would say you need to change to a 2wd loom and inlet manifold.

you could also use a BT loom if you choose to change the management to L8/P8, or even have a new loom made for Ł350.

the ST inlet manifold is no problem atall, leave it there as it flows perfectly for bigger power levels.


But as The Youth has said, if MSD are now doing the relevant sofware and equipment needed then its got to be the easiest route.

Not yet, Wil's car hasn't gone back to Stu yet (from what he said). I've been buying the bits to do mine so I just need the Chip & injectors.

Mine was 2nd hand & I paid Ł350. Its got a 360 bearing & just been refurbed. I think you can get them for Ł700 New (no exchange) last time I checked.
