i heard today from a freind of mine, that there is a accident damaged rs200

yes rs200

in a small single garage quite close to me....

not been seen or touched in many years.....

im doing some digging to find ouit if its true!

and i've always looked up to the rs200 did they make road going ones or where they all race/rally cars, and what's the price for a scruffy road going one, if any one has info that is

the ebay one this week was a good read and the owner is right up there in rallycross history,but i didn't like the look of it. the wheels looked pony and it was too clean i think either that or the wrong shade of white. there was loads of shenannigans with rs200's a genuine one that had a damaged chassis or tub etc would have replacement parts off a canibalised car ford themselves broke. i have seen disputes over rs200's years ago where a unregistered rs200 made by ford was dismissed by a berk in the iirc rs200 club.

you would have to certified dozy to buy a ex european rallycross championship rs200 that had competed in the most brutal of motorsports and then complain the car has been played with imo.
