Default parking tickets

today i got yet another ticket for parking in a loading bay..

are there any time limits on how long you are allowed to stop?

as it says the vehicle was observed from 10.06 am till 10.11 am.

which is bollocks as i was getting stuf out the van at about 10.6 and didnt see any cunt hiding in wait...

so how long can you stop in a loading bay? and does it have to be constantly unloading or can you unload say 1 machine, that takes over 5 mins to drag upstairs, and then you have to install it, so are gone foe about 30 mins?

or is that too long?

fucking does my head in paying fines for as far i can see, no offense...

if i can find the phone number for wandsworth councill, ill appeal... but cleverly they dont put that on the tickets!

i found the actual council office, but there was no parking nearby, so im fucked if im going to risk another ticket for the sake of it....

cunts, the lot of em

Can I park in a loading bay?
If you park in a designated loading bay, you must be seen to be loading or unloading continuously. The maximum period allowed for this activity is displayed on the sign. You cannot use these bays if you are doing your weekly shopping.
I think that pretty much nails it... Straight from Wandsworth Council's website.
