You want original ford only?

I got a braided one from that guy off ebay for about £15-20, sorted me out with new banjos and washers free too...

Rubber hose for FUEL!!!
I'm fairly sure it's got to be a specific type of hose otherwise the petrol will break it down

Rubber hose no good, the fuel pressure will burst the pipe or blow it off, i had to do a temp repair when i ripped my fuel pump off on a gutter and broke the plastic pipe, blew the rubber hose i used to repair it in half

if u go to any specialist hose supplier, they will sell u fuel hose by the meter, and fuel hose is available in rubber form, it just has a different lining thats all. of course if u use any old piece of rubber hose its likely to pop, but the right rubber hose is easily capable, even at 6 bar+

lets not also forget that the hose from the fuel tank to the fuel pump on an rs turbo is pretty low quality rubber lol. ok the pressure is low at that point, but it doesnt perish and fall to bits from fuel passing through....

ive was informed to get sum hydrolic hose from an hydrolics surplier because it has metal meshing built into it
an it is alot stronger underpressure than standard fuel hoses
jus have to go in an specify what ure using the hose for an they will provide the rite rubber an piping for the job
not tried it out yet mind, but the hose he showed me was almost impossible to bend let alone burst

unless it is spec'd for fuel useage too, dnt just use any hydraulic hose, as it is not liner'd suitably

and yeh it is possible to get hydraulic hose that does 20bar+ before going bang, but thats a tad excessive as even if u did manage to bend it round to the fuel filter, it wud tear the filter clean off the inner wing wen it bends itself back

few names of hose supplier chains in the midlands that iv used are IMM, pirtek, james listers. all these will sort u out with something suitable, plus any fittings u might need, and maybe swaging if thats the sort of fitting u go for

You could just take yours with the kink to a hose place and they will make a braided one up for you, i had all my brake lines done, only £10 each and two of them had the banjos fitted also
