Default tyres

ji all just got a new of rs7s soft lines and was wondering if there is a good budget tyre on the market with good rim coverage as ive seen some on cars that hang right over the rim but didnt see the make many thanks grant

If your car has been lowered quite a fair bit go for 195/40/17 there not cheap but the main reason for them is they won't rub your arches that's the mistake I've made.

I agree with that, mines on 205/40 17's on adjustable spax and it rubs if i go over bad bumps..... will be going 195/40's when i need new tyres.

its been lowerd 40mm on new rst gas shocks seems rock hard . its on rst wheels at moment with yoko a539s and thay seem to be close to the arches mite have to cut the rear arches with a grinder with 205s

dont cut them grant just buy 195s.your arches are too mint to be cut

I agree just go for the 195's or if it catches a bit you can always just trim back a bit of the inner plastic arch and nothing else Im sure there's no harm done there.

think the only problem with 195s would be no rim coverage to protect the rim
