Hi! i have decided that im going to sell my pinto engine out of my Blue mk1, as im having a new N/A Cosworth built and will no longer have a car for it.
i KNOW im going to regret it, but there ya go.
Its a BRILLIANT engine, and sounds the absolute nuts. it was bought new by myself and im the only owner.
its covered LESS than 8k, and has had an oil/filter change after every track day or 1000 miles and ive really looked after it.
Spec is as follows..
190spec 2.1 Pinto with 12:1 Compression ratio
Fully Lightened + Balanced
High Pressure oil pump
Wossner Forged pistons
Steel Rods
Pinto crank which has been double dwelled to flywheel
Full ARP Bolt set (flywheel, head bolts etc)
Vulcan Full race injection head
HT1 Cam
Brand new Twin 48 Carburettors
Twin Throttle cable Linkage
Ported and Matched inlet manifold + Mounting kit
RS2000 Sump
Alloy rocker cover

all Setup on HT Racing's Engine Dyno.
Also with the sale are the following parts...
Helix 4 paddle Clutch w/balanced cover. (new at time of engine purchase)
H&H FULL ignition kit (non-vac dissy, cap, rotor arm, coil, all ignition leads)
Facet Red top Fuel pump kit + Regulator w/gauge.

i will add some current pics tomorrow, as ive only just taken it out the car, but basically its ready to drop into your car and run. EVERYTHING is there do to the conversion.
Now, the money bit! i have receipts which add to in excess of £6k, i have spoken to Steve @ Vulcans and we both think its worth around the £3k mark.
For a quick sale, i will take £2700
I can deliver it aswell if need be.
