Default Aux Air Device to Manifold Hose Insert

Was about to change my Aux Air Device as i thought it was leaking, removed the first hose that goes from the back of the inlet manifold to the AAD and found the manifold end rubber insert has split badly (must of been where i could here the air being sucked in).

Does anyone know where i can get either the insert or the hose assy?
Ford said no longer available

Thanks!

After looking closer i think the flared end of the hose has been cut off and the hose forced on which is why the insert has split, so i'll need a whole new hose plus insert!

make something up from silicone piping, these 20 year old pipes stuggle to seal properly, and always whistle.

Thats actually a really good idea! Dont know why i didnt think of it?!
Only problem with that is that it's one size on one end (say 16mm) and a different size on the other (say 12mm), bit too much of a stretch i would of thought? But i can try!

Just meassured and the small end is about 12-13mm and the larger end is about 14-15mm so have ordered some 12mm ID hose and hopefully it will squeeze over!

I doubt you'll stretch it over - get a reducer, u can get reducing elbows which would work well.

no longer have an rs turbo mate, youll see sense one day aswell
as said if i had it lying about the house id have no second thoughts of posting it in a ajiffy bag and sending f.o.c,as i have done in the past with several people on here, hoses, clips, interior trim even a turbo to manifold gasket i hadnt used which was new,so dont talk about me unless u know me mate,i have spent numerous rainy days stnding outside in the rain looking at rs turbo's,not just friends cars but acuinteneces i met thru just havin rs's and didnt ask for a penny, done it thru luv of rs turbos's and the fact im a good guy lol,i merely highlighted ur quote of asking what he was willin to pay PLUS postage, which in fairness was polite offer but seemed like u were auctionin to him
