Default tappets

Hi everyone, just had a clutch and sump gasket fitted & now my tappets are noisey. could this be due to them not putting the right sort of oil in my car ? or do i need to change my tappets ? if so whats involved ?
thanks very much

Yes, should be fully synthetic 15w/50 Mobil, Millers, Silkolene or any 3 Ester oil.
If you do have change them then the cam will have to be changed at the same time, cannot change one without the other.
