how easy is this to remove i've currently go the head off.

i've got breather kit that requires the removal of the kidney box.

i've removed the bolt securing it to the engine mount and was wondering what else holds it in as it is still very tight fitting to the block is there anything else securing it??

 

Dont they just tap out.

 

bit of gentle persuasion should see it free then? i dont mind damaging it as its goin in the bin when its off lol
