Whats the general opinion on these? Heard they arent great?

Cant comment about the car pistons mate but i used to use them all the time in my 2 stoke bikes and they were by far the best! If thats any use to you at all

mate too used them in his yz125, but for cars ive heard they're very soft and warp?

Are you sure the soft piston comments are not getting mixed up with WOOSNER ?
I have used wiseco in many things never a problem, but that's been mostly n/a V8 stuff.

We all have our own favorits those arnt mine, For Me Mahle for under 500hp and CP over 500hp.

below 500hp, any forged piston is likely to be more than good enough.

I used them on my turbo bike project with no problems, I started with a 13:1 CR and they put up with det with no sign of damage, fitted a de-comp plate under the barrels for 10:1 and had no issues at all.

I've used Woosner many times on 400+ engines and never had a problem. Many cars have been used on track, including our Irish Time Attack Evo, which is the current Irish champion.
