Default help, how to fit my front bumper

i've got a fibreglass front bumper for my 3 door and am trying to figure out how to mount it, the side's will be mounted with aero catches, but struggling what to do on the front, i cant bond anything onto the inside of the bumper so it's along the lines of pin's, but i dont want to use them really as i think they will look to bulky,

these are the tidiest things i've found so far

http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/product...oducts_id=4489

the bumper

any help or pictures and i'll love you all

cheers

i have dzus fastners holding tailgate on

they do hold very secure

but you need a screwdriver to undo them (or a 2p works well)

the sliders also work well and also very secure

and no tools needed

seen some with bonnet like catches being used.

they must use the chassis holes at the front, make a block with the bonnet pin on it,then the bumper slides over the pins and fastens on.

either that or get a fooked bumper and rip the back off it and mate that to the bumper.

thanks gus

i would use the dzus fasteners but the front fixing point is a few inches away from the bumper so will need a threaded bar or something, thats why them sliders are looking favourite so far, get them anodized black and they shouldnt look too bad i dont think, what do you reckon?

cheers

yeah i think they should look good

the bonnet pins are quite chunky and the sliders are bit more discreet

or what about the the aerocatches? 4 of those might look good (2 front, 1 each side)

If that doesn't work out, I'd be cautious about using bonnet pins horizontal through the front of the bumper - I'm sure there is a rule about sharp protrusions on the front of the car, and it would be a pity to do all the work and then get told it wasn't road legal or something.
