anyone work in a big motor factors etc that can get hold of anything.
they are 4.0 straight 6.s with vct.
think they are called ford fairlane BA mk 2's.

A lot of the aussie Holdens and Fords are based on American drivetrains, its probably worth trying a few yank parts specialists in the uk covering late model american spec motors for comparable parts

Shouldnt you have checked for parts avalability before taking on the work,more to the point try rodley motors in bradford,offer an a1 service for usa vehicles,which you will find most your running gear is

they are funeral cars. they also have 3 jag xj' s which we have been doing for a while. they haven't had the fairlanes long and asked if we could look after them as well.
they supplied a couple of oil filters with them but thats all. items needed are mainly just service items at the moment,filters,brake pads etc.

 

They are popular funeral cars here too.

Do you actually want the parts or just want to know if someone can get them. If so, post up exact quantities and items.
