hi guys,
the fuel gauge in my sierra is not steady, when i drive around a corner it drops below the red. i have taken the tank out and cleaned the earth, no joy. so i bought a new ford fuel sender thinking that it would cure the problem but oh no its still bloody unsteady. has anyone any ideas on how to cure this as its driving me crazy...lol.
any help greatly appreciated...

 

How did you get a new sender? Unless its not a Cossie you are talking about?

 

no its not a cosworth.. standard sapphire 1.8 with a 2.0L blacktop zetec fitted...
