Default Piper Valve springs with stock cam shaft

My car has a Piper Cam shaft and i'm assusming it was fitted as a kit along with piper valve springs and lifters.
I want to return to a stock cam and lifters (loose some lag and gain some torque) will it be ok to keep using the Piper springs as i dont have any ford springs laying around?

Cheers!
