Post atachements or use smillies etc?? At the bottom under posting rules all is good apart from it says "you may not post attachments" & HTML code is off.

I cant use smillies in posts or put up pictures etc, anyone got any clues??

Go to user cp, then edit options, then scroll down to misc options and select enhanced interface.

i usually upload Via photobucket anyway, but wasn't sure if we had our own uploader

Yes, we have an uploader, just use the advanced post feature and you will see it in the list of features at the bottom mate, but that said, photobucket should work, not sure why it doesn't.
