What are FRS rods and pistons good for power wise?

What are FRS rods and pistons good for power wise?
As above, whats the safe limit for them before they need upgrading and whats the most they've been taken to?

safe just over 300bhp but there are people running 360bhp easy

As above ran with standards to just over 300. changed them when upped power just over 400 now

I would say a 330 limit but seen as high as 370 with no probs
