Default S1 vs S2 LSD

Whats the difference between the two and what sort of torque/power can they take if the rest of the box has been upgraded (bearings/baulk rings etc.)

Looking at a rebuilt S1 box but it still has the standard S1 LSD.

Cheers!

S2's have a better LSD and yup it has 8 bolts(handy as an aid to distinguish between it and an S1 diff)

Boxes will go on, its because of the ARB that is why they won't fit, You'll need an S1 ARB to fit an S1 box into an S2.

an S1 box will go straight into an S2 beacuse the box cradle bolts around the casing! but it doesnt work the other way around because the S1 has a front casing mount the S2 box doesnt have!

Ok thats all good but my question is now......

What sort of torque/power can the LSD's (S1 and S2) take if the rest of the box has been upgraded (bearings/baulk rings etc.), anybody know?
