do you want a .48 for quicker spool up and acceleration but limited to around 370ish bhp or a .63 for slighly more lag but higher top end and about 400bhp? the first one looks the same as mine with .48 , 360 bearing and cut back blades and cost me £765 brand new.

the one of ebay look as described but im also wary of buying anything of value from ebay from a low rate seller. try phoning the office number provided and find out who they are as its obviously their business as they say they built it for a customer . could be a decent price as as i said i paid £765 for very one similar brand new from a garage.

For half that price you could put a Holset HY35 on that car. It makes bhp well over 400...full spool (2 bar) at 3600 rpm. T3 flange and easily clockable.

Not anymore than a .63 turbine will give you. A Holset spools faster than a T4 all day long. Way faster.

If you have turbo lag you are not driving it right.

A T34 uses a T3 turbine though and on a 2L can be producing 1.5 bar at under 3000rpm. Somehow I doubt the Holset is going to achieve the same.
