Default Can you help? - (info on saff jacking point covers)

if someone can list each IET number, and label them with which corner of the car they go on, that would be PERFECT. can anyone help!!!?

================================================== ====

does anyone know how to tell which part of the car they are from?

do the numbers on them rule out which corner of the car they go on? or not?

trying to work this out as i have them in the for sale section, but dont actually know which ones which would kind of help if i knew as im getting confused, and people interested are just confusing me more

any help appreciated thanks

ok think this bit of info is correct?

they are both supposed to be front ones:

IET642 - NSF
IET643 - OSF

if anyone else wants to add more info (i.e. the rear ones?) or wants to correct me if ive said something wrong, that would be cool cheers Matt for that info

Let's make it a bit easier guys to get no problems

Here's a picture i made from the cover i have on the left side of my LHD car:

As i look at the pictures you've made Indy of yours it looks exactly the same as mine so this should be a near side cover on a RHD as it's nearest to the kerb imo

Question here i think what is the near side and what is the offside on both cars LHD and RHD,best way to avoid problems is not to use offside and nearside but left and right as this is in both countries the same i believe

My point of view is that i need the 642 for the right side of the car were your steering wheel is located which is the offside i believe,O for steering wheel

Any more info is welcome guys, maybe i'm wrong.......

according to what Matt has said, our 643 is a RHD cover

sorry to have to do this Marco, just want to get it right, and dont want to send out the wrong one to you

i want to know if the LHD numbers and RHD numbers are different
i sent Matt a 642 one, and he said he needed that for the LH side of his car, he received it, no complaint, so i guess that was correct?

help! any other LHD owners on here?

Very strange, only thing i now could think of is that i have a RHD 643 on the left side of a LHD car

Matt could you take a picture of the 642 one Indy send you that you placed on the left side of yours,as my 643 is for the left side and looks exactly the same as the one Indy has on his picture

You dont have to apologize Indy, better safe than sorry mate
