dunno what it means. you pay your money for gold membership and still get moaned at ! personally i think some aspects of this site are ridiculous

Can the Moderators not take a joke then? I've said far worse than that in the past. Far worse, which was all taken in good spirit.

i cant see how benni can get banned for posting pics up without someones permission even though the pics were already out there on the internet yet a mod can post up someones private phone number and encourage other members to harrass and intimidate him whilst receiving apparent support from another mod?

this site is turning in to a joke tbh........sum of the mods keyboard power goes to their head......bullied at school most prob.hence why i didnt renew my gold membership
i have never complained about this place the way its run, i like it but there seems to be lots of other people complaining about it at the mo. funny thing is WWW.ESCORTRSCOSWORTH.COM is getting busier and busier just lately,people are jumping ship and you have to ask WHY.

Seriously, an infraction is only a small breach of rules, do people think this site is fucking google or something? Look it up FFS, and if you have a problem getting one, ask the mod who gave you it.
I dont have a problem with the rules, nor have I had a problem with the rules for the last 4 years of using this site, iirc, the muppet room title was changed due to a few serious breaches of the rules, with those guilty trying to hide behind the title which was "for basically doing or sayin as you please" which has now been rectified. I had quite a long discussion with Greg Shepard about law and how to mod etc etc when I met him, and if for instance I post illegal pictures, passionford is responsible for them staying up, and liable to legal action etc etc.
I am pissed out my face and I can follow them. The rules, as Stu says, havent changed significantly in 5 years, just because IB took over doesnt automatically mean the site changes.

If you dont like them, go elsewhere. ive never had any problem with the rules on this site. You wont get a fairer guy than Stu thats for sure, there are a couple of 'Hitler' mods thats for sure but you get these type of people in all walks of life. Overall a good standard of moderating, its usually keyboard warriors intent on changing the world that cause problems.

First of all, apologies for my spelling and grammar in earlier replies, I had just come in from our Xmas night out and had consumed enough shandy to make operation of the spell checker quite hazardous.
The fellow Steve above explained perfectly why that line of text changed slightly. People were using it to post the most the most ridiculous things and be downright nasty to people and I am not having that on my forum.
As people start to push boundaries and the rest of the members allow it, its my job to bring into play any legislation to take control of it.
This forum is one of the most loosely moderated large car forums in the world, yet there are always people intent on complaining, its ridiculous. The rules are up there plain as day for all to see and haven't changed much in years, anyone who doesn't wish to abide by them can leave I guess, but it would take an unusual individual to do so because of the rules on this car forum.
Going back to your muppet room problem, I now invite you to list 5 things that your personally want to do in there that you cannot now due to the new forum description. I am interested to see how much I have crippled your fun.
