fiesta zetec bumpers

hi all, long time no speak
does anyone know the best way of getting hold of and fitting a new bumper (preferably a zetec s one) to my mk 4 (1998) fiesta zetec s lx?
any help is much appreciated

The absolute best way to get a new one is to go to Ford.....in fact it's the only way of getting a new Z-S bumper
