Torque settings.
2wd
stage 1 20 to 25 nm
stage 2 45 to 50 nm
stage 3 rotate 170 to 180 degrees
4wd
stage 1 45 to 50 nm
stage 2 turn 180 degrees
stage 3 check for 110 nm
Make sure all threads in block are clean and lube bolt theads and under washers

There are several different ways/setting to do it, even ford could not make up it's mind!
I do it in stages 30lbft, 60lbft, 90lbft, 120lbft.
Then leave for a minimum of two hours, but preferably longer, where I can I leave overnight, then retorque to 120lbft, as they will have loosened as gasket compresses.
