The trumpet is tapered to suit both the t3 and t34, i have the same one fitted to my t34, it just needs pushing further into the hose. Cheers.

 

its not going on to a ford though mate, will it be 60 or 70mm?

did you buy yours off the same person on ebay? is it a genuine k&n item?

the trumpet starts at about 60mm yes, havent actually measured it, but it must be close to that as it is designed to fit the t3, but due to the taper it will also fit ok when using the larger 70mm pipes of the t34.
The filter top cap (black) has k & N written on it, but it isnt the logo, more standard capital letters, so i will let you judge that one.

 

cheers for your help mate i need it to be 70mm havnt go the space for it gradually move up to 70mm from 60mm lol and it doesnt really seem like a genuine one for the money!
