Default 2wd cosworth timing tensioner torque settings?

as above please? anyone have this and thermostat torque settings it would be much appreciated. done belt etc today but just need to finish it by torquing these , cheers

Thermostat housing - 18.5 - 21.5 nm
Tensioner - 40 - 48 nm
Tensioner stud to head - 4.5 - 5.5 nm

id rather be safe when working on an engine, torques and torque wrenches were designed for a reason lol

I think you will find most people who have done a few million of these don't use torque wrenches settings on everything as they need to finish sometime the same day, a lot of it is feel and experience, but obviously on critical stuff like headbolts etc I use a torque wrench.

No more than a 90 degree twist at the middle of the longest length, ie, between the inlet cam pulley and the distributor/auxiliary drive pulley.

tbh i know the rough tension it should be by ratchet, technically it is critical because if it works loose then BANG! engine dead, and too tight you can cross thread, for people who have done them that many times should know the torque wrench settings of thier head so shouldnt take long
