I think you will find most people who have done a few million of these don't use torque wrenches settings on everything as they need to finish sometime the same day, a lot of it is feel and experience, but obviously on critical stuff like headbolts etc I use a torque wrench.

tbh i know the rough tension it should be by ratchet, technically it is critical because if it works loose then BANG! engine dead, and too tight you can cross thread, for people who have done them that many times should know the torque wrench settings of thier head so shouldnt take long
