disconnect indicators, fog lights small screws holding arch liner to bumper, washer jets and numberplate, undo the bolts behind the numberplate, at each end of the bumper there is a clip turn clip to release it, from underneath the car you can see 2 bolts,1 each side just in from the fogs undo these 2 bolts slowly pull bumper away from car (dont think ive forgotten anythging) HTH

also (1 each side) big rubber/plasic quarter turn locks that hold the bumper to the arch, easilly assessible unbetween the arch liner and the bumper.
