Default car covers tips?

how do people hold there cover on tight? i'm worried about any string ties rubbing on all the paint and damaging my side skirts when being blown about.

1st thing is to get a cover with a good fit then its about sourcing some softish but strong string to tie it down with, I used to cover my car before I had a garage and never had problems with schaffing damage

For all you car cover needs go to classic additions

i use bungee straps wrapped in pipe lagging, they pull in tightly but wont mark the paint because of the lagging

As said get one that fits properly and is elasticated.

May cost a bit more, but will be worth it, much quicker to use also!!
