Why's it had a new gearbox?

considering on what we have paid out for cosworths, Ł30k is cheap for a car like that.

 

Comparing the date of replacement to the service records... do these things really do a clutch in 25-30k miles?? From what I've read, these are meant to be reasonably reliable, so this must have had a tough time of it to shit a gearbox.

It also doesn't list a service in 2007?? Although does say FULL OPC History...

No seriously mate it was broke, id say its had a hard life going on the repairs, but then again why else buy a 911 turbo.

 

Mine shat a clutch, and that was the X50 upgrade version!!!!!!

 

Its got too much power for its gearbox?

 

I didn't see it as particularly cheaper than the rest but I was just suprised.. had a quick look on autotrader and saw a few at 29k at dealers.. even with 20k miles!

If (like everything else) they're not shifting still.. they're gonna be cheap as chips next year.
