best thing to do is go see doctor he will just diagnose mile wiplash, they cant tell anything so if its a bit stiff anyway your not exactly lying are you, then its documented, when i had a crash years ago about 7 months after the crash they asked me to go see there doctor, but it had cleared up before then, so told the truth and said im ok

i still got £1200 though which was handy

I've been rear ended,(and not in a pervy way!!) 5 times now, payouts for whiplash have been £4750, £4600, £2700, can't remember the others, the £4600 was when I had to take the MIB to county court in bury st edmunds!!
The solicitors that Roosies firm use are awsome in thier speed of sorting things out, best ones I have ever know, and that's quite a few.

You should of had the option to refuse offers?? i would of told them to stick it at £1200 we set our minimal claim at £1500 thats for just stress/trauma
