HELP virus / spyware with screen shots
running AVG 8, updated and scaned often, run it 3 times now and still get the same poping up!
running Adaware, again updated and run a few times now still the same
Done a system restore to before this happened, run both the above again.

ive tried ticking the power user bit, move to vault and ignore, but just comes back again?

the above pops up, just before the virus boxe does, closing via cancel or the red X just opens spyware software adds < thats the fucking spyware!!!!!!!!
any help people?

Run an online scan here http://housecall.trendmicro.com/uk/ to see if it picks anything up. Run a spyware scanner like Spybot as well.
Also get rid of AVG and install better anti virus / internet security. If you dont mind paying I recommend Kaspersky Internet Security.

get some decent virus software, download bitdefender internet protection from there website, you get a free months trial... best virus protection ive ever used and ive used them all, best of all it doesnt slow your pc down either
One thing i find is go through EVERY process in task manager and google every one. Anything google says virus trojan or whatever search for and delete in safe mode. May not get rid of the whole lot, but alot of the time without the EXE file it cant do shit so rest of it is dead files.
Then try virus scan to see if anything else lying around still it might now be able to get rid of.

bloke I work with just had that and he was daft enough to pay the 50$ for the "antivirus 2009" software that made it even worse. I used combofix on it and it seemed to do the trick, found about 13 instances of it if I remeber right, he got it from looking at in his own words "heavy porn"
seems to be gone, now, shes been using the pc for the last 30mins, with no instances of it, so temp sorted for the time being.
will try a few of the other things people have recomended in a week or 2's time, when im back off holiday

i suspect mine was down to 2 things,
my mates email account was hacked sent everyone a mail, i opened the attachement, but thought i'd sorted it.
also downloaded a torrent file film, for a reliable source, or so i thought someone had made the name of the uploader look real, but was a fake file, again deleted and run a virus scan thought i had sorted it
