Default Buying concert tickets off eBay

Is it generally a good idea??? i'm looking for 2 tickets for the Pussycat Dolls at the o2 on 27th jan,

I've never brought tickets from eBay before and yes i know i'm going to be paying more for them, but i would like to get the GF some decent seats,

Anyone had good/bad experiences when buying tickets from there,

CheeRS all

Barry

only 1 i've bought was for the father in law to go see morrisey, got it at face value as it was a single ticket, also seller was in my home town so I collected it, lucky!

i think the paypal refund policy is only valid for 30 days, so i'd only buy from some one who has them in hand to send out.
also check play.com/viagogo/seat exchange too
hope this helps

just have alook at the feedback on the person first

That is probably the best advice, I have bought concert tickects a couple of times and never had any issues, but just take the usual ebay precautions (feedback, paypal protection).

have got tickets a few times off ebay for less than face value...lucky i guess..the bit i dont understand is when they are selling them months before the gig date, nd they say have tickets in hand....everytime ive been to a concert the tickets get sent out only 2/3 weeks before the concert date..

I've not used ebay for tickets because I was too worried about getting ripped off so I used lastminute.com and got them at face value
