getting caught in a box junction carry?
is it just a fine or does it carry points now aswell?

You're actually allowed to enter a box junction and wait when you want to turn right, and are only stopped from doing so by oncoming traffic, or by other vehicles waiting to turn right! It seems that the dickheads who are handing out fines over CCTV don't actually know this though!!!
