Nope, i hate christmas.

 

Hate it as its my birthday and the mileage is racking up, love it because the kids get excited and love watching them opening the presents.

xmas isnt gonna be fun this year...... my fulltime job is still on a knife edge.... might not have one after 12th dec.......

 

i love xmas.best time of the year for me.my family is right in to it along with my girlfriend etc so defo enjoy it.plus you get loads of parts for your rs

And the girlfriends birthday is on the 28th so its fucking expensive too

 

i love christmas,off for two weeks doing nothing but drink,food,partys,watching the kids open there presents etc.

Christmas is so over commercialised nwadays.

for me it just reminds me that im not with my family, or have no famiyl should i say.

I either spend christmas on my own, or round someone elses house feeling like a spare part.....

ya its going to be hard, so im going to spend all holiday with my parents, (i do live with them, but spend most of my time with the GF) but today ive booked to go to whistler on the 10th for a week with the boys!

 

Just finished doing my xmas shopping online tonight, I love Play.com.

I loved xmas as a kid but it means nothing now, just the same old re-runs on tv and being nice to people you don't like.
One bonus for me is it's our busiest time at work so loads of overtime.

Looking forward to the break from 24th to 5th January, but Christmas is all too commercialised for my liking and there are alot of people this year who are financially in the mire too - and I do feel for those who are experiencing hardship.

 

Used to love it as a kid, but lost that special feel as I got older. Now I have a kid that special something is back. Been threatning my little lad that santa's watching him, and if he doesn't behave he will be taking preasent's of his list for month's now lol

 

looking forward to it, first in our new house with plenty of space for toys and a meal at home for once, and Finley will be old enough to open his presents this year

Cant say as im going to really enjoy this year, as my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer a few months back, the bloody stuff has spread round his body quicker than hamilton round silverstone!!!! so the docs think he wont last much longer than xmas!!

But hey, seeing the kids faces on xmas morning will perk things up a bit, i hope.

Just had something good to look forward to. My ex has just rang and asked me if me and my mrs want to spend xmas afternoon and evening with my son at our house. I jumped at the offer - first time in my lil boys four year life he gets to spend xmas day with his dad!!

Im all excited now.....

 

Good: Got a couple of weeks off work. Nice food and drink and a nice rest, and get to see the family which doesn't happen so often these days.

Bad: Always spend loads of money and struggle to find Christmas prezzies for my family because they never know what they want.

Generally okay though, especially not being at work and commuting for a couple of weeks!

 

cant wait to see my girlfriends face when she gets a quad.. waiting on it cuming from usa should be here in next couple of weeks..
