Default Fuse box leek!!!!1

i got water coming in from my fusebox so my underlay is wet now on my S2, should i take it out and fill it damage, or bed the box on silicone?

the fuse box area has a little lip around it,so if water is getting in itsa normally rotten,have u looked?has it got the seal around it?if its all ok,stick a bead of silicone around it

dont use silicone once set it drys and cracks trust me ive tried it , a much better bet is a thing called dumdum its a black reuseable sealing compound there for it never sets packed it in all round my fuse box and its been water tight since

do you think i should lift my box out then bed the dumdum under it?
or put it around it

depends how bad the selftappers are corroded mate in my last rs i lifted it in this one ive put it round the sides because the screws were fooked but both ways worked and even with the god awfull weather we have had its stayed dry
