I am looking at gettin a different Turbo for my S2. The car is running around 180bhp and i want to get it up to 200 ish. I was looking into getting a different head but a different Turbo seems the better option,
Would i need to get a 5th injector if i did either of these mods?
Would any of you guys be able to help

You won't know if you need the additional fuelling until you get it set up by a tuner.

 

I wouldnt of thought so to be honest, there have been many RSTs running way more than that BHP without one. As long as your metering unit is healhty and the car is setup by someone who knows what they are doing you should be fine.
