Default What battery can i install ?

Hi,
I would like to install a racing battery on my Sapphire track car.
(stock battery is approx 16 kg.)

I hesitate between 2 models :
type 30, 26A/hour, 250x97x156, 9 kg.
type 40, 38A/hour, 250 97x206, 12,5 kg.

With my low comp pistons, I suppose type 30 will be OK to start my engine.

Any experience ?

Thanks.
Claude

Type 30 will be fine, not used one myself but seen lots of this size on 2L.

Yeh the 30 might be ok. Is the engine not harder to turn over when realy hot? If so the 30 might be straining to turn it over esspecially after a session on track.

It's a lot easier when hot, with thinner oil.
