hi there, does anybody know where i can get a brand new series 2 windscreen rubber from, ive tried ford and ive also tried the national clearance centre who specialise in old stock and theres no joy.

some ford dealers fob you off mate ive heard of members on here about not being able to get parts but yet ive got them and send them of

leave it with me i do know of a company that do them for mark 3 and also new door rubber seals

 

east kent trim supplies do them for a mk3..unsure bout mk4 as they are different(still fit tho) gotta be worth a try

 

im having a new screen fitted thats why id like the rubber but replacing them all ie boot, doors and all the door window seals etc is something id like to do also if anyone can help.........does anyone know if they can get the series 1 opening rear quarter rubbers new aswell ????.

my mate got his windscreen done through his insurance on his saff and they put a brand new screen rubber in it for him,mibbe worth while phoning your insurance (if thats how your gettin the new one)and see if thats what theyll do

 

shit where did i see these the other day i think it was ebay with new glass..

I had my heated windscreen replaced on my s2 last week they brought a brand new rubber with them but it was for the escort with the chrome strip in the rubber so they used my old one as it was a1 condition anyway. so if anyone wants the rubber they can?

 

im after a proper series 2 item bud, new screen going in next week hopefully.
