it wouldn't normally be done on the last amount of cars, more like a date related change, build date, not registration!
as Col says, look better in black, gives the car a nicer look from behind with the dark lights

bit of a bump here.

i'm painting my car frozen white at the mo with vauxpoo black sapphire detailing. do i keep the colour coded rear lip or do it black?? it was originally colour coded but i think with the black sapphire it would look quite smart..

here's a pic of the bumper with the spot light surround done in black sapphire..

the pic of the spotlight surround was to give an idea of what the 2 colour's look like.

i really like the idea of painting the spoiler lip black but at the same time i want to keep it original..

Imo Dark cars can geat away with colour coding the black bits. On a white car i think it looks terrible, you need the black to make a contrast.

that's what am thinking. it'll be to much white. but then again it was white originally and as said above only the last 2-300 were colour coded. i think am gonna do it black an see what i think.
