I can only tell you what I have come across while building my car. I have got a 3.5 shell with pretty much everything from an RST chucked into it.

Best thing to do is take a look through my project thread.

mk3 was the turbo with the flush petrol cap , bigger style wing mirrors

mk3.5 was the opening petrol flap , smaller wing mirrors , different floor pan as double skinned and slightly differently shaped floor ,

there a good few differences but thats just the ovious diffrences

take it your sizing up reshelling a turbo in to a later mk3.5 model fiesta ?

The shell was modified.. fuel cap doesn't rot etc.. Rear beam is a bit stiffer..

The front hubs are different to normal mk3.. Not sure if they're Puma ones, but they use a slightly larger diameter damper.

They're an awesome chassis.

Mk.3.5 had a stronger floorpan with longer chassis rails, thicker A+B pillars.
It also had: different seat mounting points, fuel cap flap, bigger hole in bulkhead for PAS u-joint, side impact bars in the doors and oval side repeaters.
