Default Intercooler & Rad setup

Hello people,

im buying a Fiesta RS Turbo, just after some knowledge as to the best way to go about cooling the car. At the mo it has a pace intercooler and a standard rad. I would like a large front mount (grs) and an alloy rad but dont know if this is possible without cutting everything. Any advice would be great, if it will be fine as it is to run 1 bar on a zvh then I will leave it alone but would rather be safe than sorry.

i think i've done to my frst what your after,

it's got a grs twin pass custom intercooler which is 3/4 the size of graham massive front one for the frst but it does'nt involve cutting the top of the bumper which gives a standerd look, and it has a 60mm core which takes in as much air as his front mount for his s2 ones, i've also got a standerd size grs alley rad

cheers for that mate, ive just got into dealing with a local machine company who is willing to do some business with my company, si im using them to fabricate some custom billet alloy supports to allow me to cut the whole slam panel away, this will allow me to manipulate the colling system components in my own way, but i will have to cut the back of the bumper, hopefully the front will still look pretty standard, time will tell
