What tyre size?
Dunno mate, I own a 3dr you see. I based the tyre size guesses on the fact that standard they run a 7j wheel with a 205 tyre. I run a 8.5j on the front on a 235 tyre, but tbh my rims are et15.

As long as the height of the tyre is the same they should be ok.I think the 225,s will catch or less you have different suspesion on your car.Ive got them gay 215/40/17s on mine and they sometimes catch on the front arches.
And as the height of a 215/40-17 is going to be obvisouly different to the height of a 235/40-17 as he mentioned, then no he wont be ok
Just get the correct size.........
225/35 ZR17
Same overall diameter as std wheel and tyre, you are making use of the extra width of the wheel.
It baffles me why more people don't use this size.
Available in Falken FK452, and a Continental tyre that i know of. But i'm sure there are other makes available.
