Hello, I am writing from spain because I had an accident with my ford sierra sapphire cosworth 4x4 1992 4-door. I need to know whether the body of any other mountain range 4-door version that is not cosworth or 4x4 I would change the entire mechanical system of a car to another. Here in Spain I have heard that changes the sunroof (not any serious problem) and say they can not attach the 4x4 change that will not fit into a normal body saw.

you will need to cut out the front chassis rails to allow for the front driveshafts just look above your shafts in the cosworth and you will see the half moon shaped cut outs.

the later 90 spec onwards sierra shell will basicly take the cosworth everything

other than the cut outs in the front chassis rails

 

a lot of the late shells had the arches already in the front chassis legs
