Me and my friend Herbert have been working on our CVH cams. There has been so much bad press recently that I have finally tackled it. For now I can only give you early production pics and showing the cam blank. The finished piece is a closely guarded secret.


Anyway, here is the work in progress.........
(You'll see that this has all the makings of the strongest CVH cam on the market, Berty is looking pretty smug, I'm sure you will agree.)

When I heard the name Herbert I thought you were taking the piss. But only you could think wood would be a good material, so I'm sure you are been deadly serious

 

Yeah, the lifters had to be made from carefully selected materials so as to have the same wear rate as the camshaft itself.

This is going to be ace.

It's not been fully tested yet, but we do anticipate gains dependant on the finish used. For example, natural oak varnish will probably allow more power than mahogany.

I had a Turkish friend make this Cam for me but he's stuggling with the lifters, maybe your prototype lifters will work??

 

what rev range is the power gained with these stunners

 

I was told my Turkish Cam is capable of going to at least 200,000rpm!! But it all depends on Christain coming up with a good set of lifters to go with it!
