new brakes, bushes and shocks first and formost, get rid of the abs next, then front mount, radiator and exhaust then and only then start to plan engine mods ignor anyone that lists mods in a different order.

or do as eveyone else does, chip it even though its not running properly in the first place. Then moan that rst's are unreliable when it breaks down every two minutes because your running it on a shoestring budget

Then rather than take it to a rolling road for diagnostics put posts up on here asking a question with a million answers like why does my rs run funny

if u put a front mount on a car only running 7psi (std boost) it'll be a restriction so u wont need that before a chip

agreed tho until your car is running properly and healthy don't look at tuning, set up at a quality tuners is a must

depends upon what you want from the car and the environment it will be used.

I personally would not want a 300 bhp zetec with coilovers and rose jointed suspension on my daily driver in central london

only if you run too much boost, 13psi is fine but near the limit on a std cooler.
