i take it your on about the engine out of the new fiesta st if so then i'd take the lot engine, box and loom bolt all that in and get it up and running then bolt one of jamsports super charger kits on for nice 300 hp but a lot of work and expense for the out come

Why?

I've done a 2.0t conversion on my mk6 and that was hard enough, there are only 2 on the road duratec turbo's atm and mine is one, the other i've never seen apart from at shows

but again I go back to my 1st question - why?

and fiesta turbo management? WTF?
calibra turbo pistons? WTF?

I also have a series2 lsd but the gearbox casing on the ib5 needed to be machined for it to fit as did the bearings

why would u do it where would the turbo go? there back to front engines, calibrs pistons are shit and FRST management is not even any good at whats its ment for

think again mate like a FRS engine aftermarket management, thats the cheapist option or build a zetec turbo with a decom plate and escort T3 gotech managment

On a seperate note I think the rs turbo engines are back to front (as are zetec's)

Duratec makes alot more sense, air in the front exhust out the back, turbo goes at the back of the engine in my application, which is abit of a squeeze but there's more than enough room for it
