I had to replace the heater matrix on a 306 i bought a few weeks ago. Yesterday when I got the dash back in and everything connected up when I turn the ignition on the side lights are permanently on even when the lights are switched off. Also the engine runs extremely lumpy at idle to the point of cutting out, does anyone have any idea what either of those could be caused by, everything else seems to work fine. Any help would be really appreciated as i'm getting close to taking a sledgehammer to the thing!!

 

Anyone, i've just had the dash completely out again and it's still not working. It also sounds like one of the relays is constantly clicking on and off when the ignition is on. Could this have anything to do with the side lights being constantly on?
