Default st issue

a freind of mine has a focus st, afew weeks ago the wheels were all stolen from the car while on his drive, the car was left on the floor, anyway he claimed on the insurance and got a brand new set with tyres, but ever since there has been a vibration through the wheel above 60,
the cars been back to ford and the wheel balance is spot on etc...... what other things are poss causing this, i though maybe the disks, but would this not happen at all speed? any help from you guys would be great! thanks al

If the car was dropped onto the discs, id say the discs were warped.

thats what im thinking, tbh carnt seem the people who took the wheels being kind when lowering it down
